At Coulif, we take pride in delivering 100% original sandalwood soap with purity and care. Due to the natural and sensitive nature of our product, we generally do not offer returns once the product is opened or used.
However, if the product you receive is not as expected or appears to be damaged, incorrect, or compromised, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
After our team inspects and verifies the concern, we may initiate a return or exchange from your side.
Conditions for Return Eligibility:-
Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
